Tanya Russo, MSc Joins as Director of Business Development

Tanya is a Business Development leader with an MSc in Clinical Research Administration and a background spanning clinical operations, site leadership, and growth and development across multi-site research organizations. She has a strong track record of expanding pipelines, building scalable BD strategies, and translating site capabilities into compelling positioning for sponsors and CROs. Adept at identifying new opportunities and forging sponsor and CRO relationships that drive sustainable network growth, she brings the strategic vision to position sites for long-term success. Guided by a passion for preserving the human purpose of research, she is deeply committed to expanding access to clinical trials and cultivating partnerships that connect more patients to research opportunities. Tanya brings a deliberate, relationship-driven approach that combines operational insight with an unwavering focus on keeping patients at the center of clinical research.
